How do I bypass the upper lobby counter and go directly to the Emerald Aisle at the SeaTac Rental Car Facility?

The SeaTac Rental Car Facility (located at 3140 S 192nd St, SeaTac, WA 98188) is a consolidated center serving all major rental brands. For National Car Rental Emerald Club members, the bypass procedure is designed to save an average of 5–10 minutes per rental. Upon entering the facility via the skybridge from the airport parking garage or the ground-level entrance, you will arrive on the upper lobby level (Level 3). Do not approach the National counter on this level. Instead, walk toward the south end of the lobby (past the escalator bank that goes up to the skybridge). You will see a dedicated escalator and an adjacent elevator that descend directly to Level 2, the garage floor. The Emerald Aisle is located immediately at the bottom of this escalator, on the left-hand side, marked by prominent green overhead signs and a digital board displaying available vehicle classes. As an Emerald Club member, you can select any vehicle in the designated aisle (typically full-size sedans, SUVs, and minivans) without checking in at the counter. If you have a reservation, your contract is automatically generated when you drive out through the exit gate, which uses license plate recognition. The entire process, from skybridge to driving out, typically takes under 3 minutes during non-peak hours. Note that the bypass is available 24/7, but the Emerald Aisle inventory is refreshed every 30 minutes during peak travel seasons (June–September).
