The shuttle pickup zones are conveniently located outside the terminal on the ground transportation island. Specifically, you should exit through Sliding Glass Door #1 near Baggage Carousel #1, or Sliding Glass Door #15 near Baggage Carousel #15. Once outside, cross the marked pedestrian walkway to reach Island 1 or Island 3, respectively. Look for the clearly marked blue and white signs indicating 'Rental Car Shuttles. ' The shuttle buses operate on a continuous loop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with an average arrival frequency of every 5 to 8 minutes. The drive to the Rental Car Facility takes approximately 5 minutes. Upon arrival at the RCF, simply step off the shuttle and walk into the building to find your specific rental company's counter on the first or second floor. Be sure to keep your luggage with you on the shuttle, as there is no separate luggage compartment.
